This play is about 2 28 year old twins who never venture out of their house & live on a diet of chocolate & sleeping pills. Their parents went out when they were 8 or 12 (can't remember) and never returned, so they never aged and remain in a child-state, completely insulated from the world -- until a vulgar, flashy entertainer come into the house and injects a sensory overload of the violent & grotesque outside world.

INSTEAD you'll find Dingle's Hardware Store run by Charlie Dingle, and The Frost Heaves Market : owned and operated by Bernie "Moochie Mueller"....(.Gosh, I love these people!! ) How about having your hair done down to Rick and Rhonda's Bait and Beauty Shop?? 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. I've Met Some of These People By Robert Suphan Fred has painted an amusing picture of small-town New England. His writing is in the same style as his videos about Frost Heaves and I found myself laughing frequently at his descriptions of people and places. If you grew up in, or summered in, a small New England town you will recognized the folks that populate Frost Heaves. If you have never been to New England, the book will introduce you to real Yankees, described with both wit and warmth. Now I wish we had paid more attention to the Frost Heaves signs when driving through New England and had stopped to pay the town a visit.

By Frisco Mom Dave Hunter is by far my favorite author when it comes to all things relating to guitar ( check out his Guide for dummies, detailed books on the history of the Les Paul, Telecaster, Stratocaster, etc). This book may be the most practical as it dives into the all the hype and confusing elements of the amplifier and helps break down the critical "why's and how's". Also includes some wonderful interviews with some of the gentleman who have brought my favorites amps to the public ( Mark Sampson, Ken Fischer, etc). Pretty simple, a wonderful tool to help maximize the the relationship between your guitar and amp.

A subject I've wanted to learn more about for years. With a bit of electronics experience and guitar amp experience, this book is very well done. I'm ready to build a two-stroke amp now to add to my Rivera tube amp that I love. Even if you're not interested in building an amp, this book will give you knowledge of what makes a tube circuit unique and why the sound is almost impossible to duplicate with solid state though many have tried. A tube guitar amp Bible!

Trisha Porretti's story will move others to reflect on their dreams & goals as a means to overcome their challenges. She is not defined by diabetes. However, it serves as a focus for her evolution as a person & as a professional who both lives the disease & helps others to manage it. There were times when the book made me smile, chuckle & laugh out loud. I was moved by Porretti's faith in herself as well as her faith in a higher power. She REALLY believes and that attitude propels her to the next step in her journey. Join her journey from a single mother working as a bartender to a respected professional whose humor, knowledge & experience enable her to speak to and motivate others living with diabetes & their caregivers.

A must read for anyone who has diabetes or has loved ones. Actually, a must read for all of us as diabetes is so prevalent and they have made great strides, but more must be done to obliterate this disease off the face of the earth. This book chronicles one courageous woman's adventures in diabetes and life. She is an exemplary example of making lemonade out lemons to borrow a phrase from her book and life. Yes, one can turn adversity into a blessing and she has proven it!

About the Author Michael Howard is a solicitor and legal English lecturer from London. He grew up in Surrey, England and qualified as a solicitor in 2005. After many years of legal practice he decided to travel around Europe and the Middle East lecturing law and teaching English. His travels took him to Poland, Germany, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and finally back to the UK where he was invited to teach legal English to foreign lawyers and law students at courses run at Cambridge University. His dictionaries and exercise books are all available on Amazon on Kindle and in paperback.
