It is general enough to cover a variety of concerns but then narrows them to enable each person to create a more personalised approach. It is very much like a starting point with ideas that if they work can be followed up in further research. I specifically liked the wording of the included affirmation and will be using that. Thank you for a great book with practical solutions.

By Brandon Parshall Bringing your thoughts and feelings back to the present is harder said than done. This book does a great job telling you how to achieve that, and the section on Fun Therapy. Although short, the chapter on Fun Therapy was very informative and my favorite. Most people hear the word therapy, and think of something bad, but that is not the case at all!
