I’ve been out of shape lately and a friend of mine who does cross-fit recommended that I give it a try. As a beginner I found the information in this book to be very clear and concise and really enjoyed reading it and it will come in very useful. Additionally the nutrition information in this book makes it a lot easier for me since diet is crucial to lose weight. Great read!

This is a clear, easy to read guide on how to get the most out of your workouts Krossfit.Obuchenie and exercises are basic and straight to the point. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to transform his body and improve the shape.

Everyone who wants to be physically fit will benefit a lot from this book. It has a very good introduction, terms are clearly defined at the first part which benefits the beginners. Questions on my mind were answered first hand. It clears my wrong beliefs that it is only good for military men, athletes and weightlifters. I now fully understand the concept of Cross-Training and the many benefits that it carries. It is pretty convincing that even if you do not exercise, it will urge you into trying it. The guidelines in creating an effective action plan for starting Cross-Training in Chapter 4 is the most vital part of the book. Following the 50 WODs with the proper diet is a wholesome combination I learned from here. It is a lot more convenient if there were pictures. After reading the book, better watch some instructional videos and research more about the training and the diet since crossfit accompanied by Paleo diet brings better result.
