About the Author "
Dr. Deb Hedderly is an assistant professor teaching leadership and organizational behavior in the MBA program at Roseman University of Health Sciences outside of Las Vegas, Nevada. Dr. Hedderly has over thirty years of leadership experience in the corporate environment, and over seven years of leading women's small groups. She has a passion for guiding women to find God's purpose for their lives. Dr. Hedderly is a consultant, an executive coach, and has appeared as a guest lecturer for corporate and religious events. Dr. Hedderly has two grown sons and currently lives with her golden retriever in Henderson, Nevada.

Traveling the journey of loss and love in such a tender way was refreshing and heart-warming. Dr Deb opened her heart as she shared how drastically her world turned upside down and she led us through her survival and fight to just pull the pieces together long enough to see what gifts could come from her pain and struggle. What gifts were awaiting her! In her husband's final choice, he somehow provided a gift of shining a light on the unknown path to a richer, more beautiful way of being and living. Thank you Deb. This is a book worth reading in so many ways. I've already shared it with another who will benefit from your honesty and your journey.

By Sheila Newmiller If you have had what you perceive as lose after lose and difficulty dealing with those loses, this book is a great help. It is comforting to know that others have had similar situations for years but now they have come out the other side, stronger and happier. This book has helped me realize I'm not the only one going through years of loss and that I can reconcile it and I will.

By Lisa Sich Dr. Deb recounts her struggles in life that would leave most torn and unable to repair. Through her journey of faith, she recounts how God was always working, even through the hardest of times. She also asks courageous questions.
