Great, great value for the price. I've read a number of the 21 challenge books and really appreciate the format.You could even use the books in this boxset simultaneously. Do the first day of each book one day and so on..good read, worth checking out.

I am personally someone who wants to get better every day. I am always strict with myself and I always set high standards. Sometimes though I feel that I haven't achieved enough. Even when people around me admire some of my achievements, I still find it hard to feel that sense of self-fulfilment. I have already completed the self-love book. I feel so much better. I feel relieved. I understood that we should be grateful for whatever we have achieved so far in our lives. Maybe we take things for granted but they are not. We should give ourselves a breath from time to time. The words of wisdom I found in there just slowed down my heart beat and made me appreciate more myself, my life so far, my experiences and what I am. Only when we learn to love ourselves we can achieve more and be happier. I also liked the fact that these challenges are split into 21 days. Every day, a step closer towards the goal. Of course you need to understand that this practice is not completed after 21 days. It's a life challenge. It will set you to the right direction. And with baby steps, you will manage to become better, not only for yourself but for all the others around you too. Thanks for the enlightening advice. Nothing less than five.

The first book I got was Self-Confidence: The 21-Day Self-Confidence Challenge: An easy and step-by-step approach to overcome self-doubt & low self-esteem and start developing ... esteem workbook) (21-Day Challenges Book 9) and it's been real helpful to me. I actually didn't realize that I got a box set and was thrilled when I found out. Same as my experience with the first book I got, this one is just as thorough and helpful as the other one. I'm on my 2nd day on the challenge but I've read the entire book and it sounds like a fun and valuable challenge to take on.
