There is no diet info, no recipes, no exercise info, no nothing of any use to anyone in the real world. It is completely full misspelled words, bad syntax, poor punctuation, and just flat out written by someone who has no concept of English as a first language. It sounds like it was written by a skinny Indian college kid who was giving his OPINION on why people are fat while he's sitting in a dorm room smoking pot and eating Cheetos. All he is saying is think yourself skinny and you'll lose weight. Give me a break! I'm not making this up! If you don't believe me, download it yourself and find out!!! It took me five freakin' minutes to read this entire drivel! lol! Seriously, WTF???Update: I don't know what these other reviewers read, but it must be a different book or he paid them for a positive review. Either that or they're all his buddies.

There are a ton of motivation, that can help you kick of your DIet & Weight Loss plan. I am trying to implement 12 Week Plan of Losing Weight and can't wait to see first results. I see the skipping breakfast is little bit challenging for me so i will change it slightly for my preferences.

This is one of the few that I liked because of the information it had. The content was something I haven't seen in other books before thus it's a new information. After reading this book, I was encouraged to try out losing weight again and controlling my appetite and cravings. I'm trying now to defeat my cravings and eat delicious food without being excessive in calories. My willpower is definite factor in being successful in losing weight and this book has ignited mine. I'm now more determined to lose weight and I am looking forward to apply the methods I learned from this book to see if it will be successful.
