There is so much information out there about cosmetic surgery and especially for the face that I am boggled by the options. I have consulted with two plastic surgeons and each had different solutions for me all for a very high price! I read this book and this is a good start for me. It at least this offers me comprehensive information on what procedures are out there and which carry most risk, which carry less risk, what the recovery time is. I don't know if I will ever go through with anything but I believe the more information you have the better. This was helpful to me.

When Less Is More By Wendy Stuart Dr Slupchynskyj's book is a how to of the current, minimally invasive techniques, that not only keep your age undefined but actually work! His descriptive, easy to follow book on current techniques is a must read for any woman looking to retain and maintain a youthful appearance. Besides the information on fillers which are now the mainstay for many women, he describes his own special lift the " Sluplift" for those who need a more advanced technique, but with a quicker recovery due to its less invasive nature. Anyone considering the old school way of dealing with face lifts, should read this book first!
