Review The stories that Jane shares enhanced my understanding of Alzheimer's. As a caregiver for more than ten years for my late husband, I find that the stories of Jane's mother allow me to enjoy lighthearted moments and laugh about a disease that is so very stressful and emotionally draining.

By Nancy J Butler Jane's book gives great insight into Alzheimer's Disease from both the caregiver and the patient's point of view. Through her journey as caretaker for her mother, she is able to give practical advice to others who are traveling the same path with their loved one with Alzheimer's. Her faith enabled her to find laughter and joy in the midst of pain and grief. This is a must read book if you have a loved one suffering from Alzheimer's.

It helped me understand the wide but normal range of emotions of those helping someone with Alzheimer's. Get this book if you need some encouragement and a smile. It did the trick for me :)
