About the Author
Kim Pemberton was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She graduated from Pace University in Pleasantville, New York with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and media studies by finishing a four-year college in two years. After years of working as an associate producer in various projects, including television and film, she decided to take a chance and write a book. She first learned that she had a gift for storytelling while taking a fiction class in college.

It had a good flow to the story, descriptive details about the surroundings and lots of relatable characters . The best part about the story for me was reading about one man's struggle to find and understand himself .
