We teach age 5 to 85 and all students are encouraged and guided through all their playing experiences with great theory, great playing exercises, and a simple progression of skill developing songs.

I used this book as a textbook in a guitar class, but if you are thinking of learning the guitar on your own this would be an excellent book to get you started;)
