Less Stressed More Blessed is her minimalist approach to life and dealing with stress. The book is divided into six chapters; chapters 1 & 2 discusses balancing stress and relaxation and identifying common stressors. Chapters 3 &4 deal with defining strew in the mind and battling stress at work. Chapters 5 &6 is about practicing relaxation techniques and managing stress at home. I personally found the chapter on dealing with stress at work very informative. But I was surprised to learn that household tasks like ironing can be de-stressing!

Worth reading By Mike Alice Richards has to be one of the best authors for helping you remove stress from your life, and helping increase your overall happiness. In "Less Stressed More Blessed", she outlines several fast easy changes you can make in your life. Each chapter focuses on a different section of your life, and is full of tips you can use to immediately feel better. Overall this is a highly enjoyable quick read.

News from TV, killing, climate change, raising my son, dealing with bad in-laws. Stress has always been a huge issue in my life. Luckily, I found this book in amazon. It really helped me get over my stress fast. The tips are easy to obtain and apply. This book contains practical strategies on how to relieve stress fast. The content is short but comprehensive it touches on the factors that affect our stress level, and teaches us on how to fight back, prevent and eventually be totally relieved from it. The book isn't a problem solver but it makes things a little easier to deal with it. There are no quick fixes with stress it will always be apart of life. But it does make stress a bit easier to cope with.
