Various treatments as well as precautionary methods are also included in here. I can say that this book is a good awareness guide for those many people who doesn't know about it. Really the only reason I grabbed it is because I’m always interested in ways I can improve my health.After reading through the book, though, I’m 90% sure I have some sort of gut flora disturbance.I used to take probiotics, but stopped because I thought they were just a waste of money. However, the author has convinced me that they’re one of the best things I can do for my body and my overall health—not just for your gut.I like that the author provides many small changes people can make in their daily lives to improve their overall gut health. Two thumbs up!

I learnt a lot about what to do to have a healthier gut and found the subject very interesting as I am always looking at ways to become healthier. Would recommend to anyone who wants to fin out more.
