Meal prepping is a way of making sure we have healthy food without overeating, by regulating our snacks, meal and everything else. This Book guides us about benefits of meal prepping, choosing healthier food and about planning and preparing meal and also the measuring portion. We also have few wonderful recipes, which have been prepared with less calories and zero fat and nutritious for a healthy and fit body.
